Estate tequila since 1904, the old way
Tequila Cascahuín was founded in 1904 by Salvador Rosales Briseño in El Arenal, Jalisco, the gateway to the agave landscape. The name comes from pre-Hispanic Náhuatl: Cerro de Luz (Hill of Light) or Fiesta en el Cerro (Celebration on the Hill).
For more than a century, Cascahuin has remained true to a simple belief: exceptional tequila begins with exceptional agave. Founded in 1904 and still family-owned, the distillery has become one of the most respected names in the industry, celebrated for its dedication to authenticity, transparency, and uncompromising quality.
Located in El Arenal, Jalisco, Cascahuin combines generations of expertise with a relentless pursuit of excellence, exploring different production methods while always respecting the integrity of the agave. The result is a remarkable portfolio of tequilas that express the diversity, complexity, and character of one of Mexico's greatest spirits.
As part of the Paloma Spirits portfolio, Cascahuin represents the very best of traditional tequila craftsmanship, bringing one of Mexico's most admired distilleries to bartenders, collectors, and agave enthusiasts across Europe.
